This project showcases the JK Building, designed as a landmark in the cityscape with a refined, modernist approach.
The façade is composed of vertical stone panels with varied depths, creating rhythm and texture that change with the light throughout the day.
Large, transparent openings at street level invite interaction, while carefully framed windows on the upper floors balance privacy with natural light.
The design prioritizes a harmonious blend between bold geometry and human scale, establishing the building as both a statement and an accessible public presence.
At the ground floor, commercial spaces such as “Cafe: The Classic” activate the street edge, enhancing the pedestrian experience and integrating the building into the urban fabric.
