This project, completed in 2016, is the “Forencos” office building located in Pangyo-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The building enjoys high visibility and accessibility due to its position along a main road, with retail spaces on the lower floors and office spaces above, forming a mixed-use configuration.
Its exterior design combines glass curtain walls with metal panels to create a modern and sophisticated appearance, while a large LED display at the corner enhances its visual presence even at night.
The architectural concept was devised to maximize both commercial appeal and corporate branding, making it an optimal fit for Pangyo’s dynamic business and commercial environment.
The site is located in Pangyo-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, a prime business and technology hub within the Seoul metropolitan area.
It sits along a major arterial road with excellent visibility and direct vehicular access, enhancing its commercial appeal.
Surrounding the property are large-scale residential complexes such as Hyundai The State and Humax Apartments, as well as landmark corporate facilities including Nexon Korea and NHN Entertainment, reinforcing its strategic position within a mixed-use urban environment.
Its proximity to Pangyo IC and key transportation networks provides seamless connectivity to central Seoul and the greater metropolitan region, making it highly advantageous for corporate headquarters and commercial tenants.
NeoLith – Premium Thin Ceramic Slab from Spain
Imported directly from Spain, NeoLith thin ceramic is a premium surface material that surpasses not only artificial marble but also engineered stones such as quartz (e.g., Kahnstone) in durability and performance.
It offers exceptional surface hardness, along with antibacterial, stain-resistant, and waterproof properties. Above all, it is made from 100% natural, eco-friendly materials, ensuring safety and sustainability.
Resistant to high heat without deformation, NeoLith has become widely used across Europe as a luxury finishing material, replacing natural stone countertops in high-end applications.
Material Expression
The NeoLith Iron Gray panels create a sleek, monolithic appearance with minimal joints, emphasizing clean lines and a solid, sculptural feel. Durability & Performance
As a high-density sintered stone, it offers superior resistance to abrasion, moisture, and temperature changes—ideal for both interior and exterior stairwells. Spatial Experience
The dark, matte tone contrasts with surrounding lighter surfaces, guiding the eye along the vertical movement of the stairs and adding depth to the space. Maintenance & Hygiene
The non-porous surface resists staining and microbial growth, aligning with public-use requirements and longevity goals in building design.
This combination of aesthetic impact and technical performance makes NeoLith Iron Gray a strong architectural statement in transitional zones like staircases.
