summary
This project involved a full-scale renovation of a 20-year-old multi-family residence in Gangnam, upgrading both functionality and aesthetics to suit its prime location.
The exterior was finished primarily with Machun stone, accented with imported INAX tiles and titanium zinc panels to create a refined and upscale appearance.
The interior adopted a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere using ivory and gray tones for corridors and entrances, while adding subtle color accents to hand-touch areas for enhanced detail and quality.
Through this remodeling, rental profitability was maximized, and the property’s market value significantly increased, making it a successful case that fully met the client’s expectations.
Building Exterior Design
The building’s exterior walls were designed with window placements that break up the flat surfaces, preventing monotony and adding visual interest.
This approach not only enhanced the architectural aesthetics but also improved functionality by allowing better light penetration and creating a balanced façade composition.
The result is a harmonious exterior that blends practicality with refined design elements.
